Guardian Termite – Inspection Services provides a wide range of termite services for residential and commercial clients in San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, and San Benito Counties. The company utilizes a variety of treatments (localized, fumigation, preventive) to eliminate dry wood and subterranean termites from properties, and it’s also qualified to repair structural damage caused by termites and wood-destroying fungus.

Guardian Termite – Inspection Services was started by Steve Casey a 2nd generation Termite Operator. Steve obtained his operator’s license in 1997 and obtaining his general contractor’s license shortly after. After seeing a need he obtained his certification to become a home inspector in 2008 and is now a certified master inspector. Steve’s son Josh has been working alongside him for over ten years and is a licensed termite inspector and soon to be certified, home inspector. He also has his nephew Danny who is a certified home inspector and licensed termite inspector working with him and Josh.

With 2nd and 3rd generations of inspectors, Guardian Termite -Inspection Services sets the gold standard for a home inspection company. It’s a company built on honesty, integrity, and having long-lasting relationships with Realtors and Homeowners.
